My Credit is here — a new way for Bank of America clients to stay on top of their financial health
Understanding credit health is an important part of planning financially for life’s biggest moments. We’ve introduced My Credit — a new feature designed to help more clients stay informed and engaged with their credit profile. Previously, credit score monitoring was available only to consumer credit card clients. With this launch, My Credit will be available to all Bank of America clients — including those with a single checking account or loan — making credit insights more widely available than ever before.
My Credit is available in the Mobile Banking app and Online Banking and offers clients a convenient way to view their FICO® Score, access their credit report and see personalized insights — all without impacting their score. This free feature also includes alerts about changes to a client’s FICO Score and notifications of suspicious activity on their credit profile, helping them stay informed. My Credit is also integrated with Erica®, so clients can simply ask our virtual financial assistant to pull it up whenever they need it.

Whether clients are preparing for a major purchase, such as a car or home, or simply want to monitor their credit, My Credit puts valuable information at their fingertips.
Clients will need to enroll in the new program, as the existing FICO Score program is being retired. Enrollment is simple: Clients can log in to the Mobile Banking app or Online Banking, select Get/View your FICO Score and follow the prompts.
