JUST Capital, along with CNBC, released its annual JUST 100 list as part of its 2025 rankings of America’s Most JUST Companies. Bank of America was named No. 3 overall and No. 1 in four subcategories: Overall for Workers; In Banks; For Workers in Banks; and For Environment in Banks.

The JUST rankings measure how the nation’s largest corporations are performing on the issues that matter most to Americans, including creating jobs in the U.S., paying a living wage, supporting workforce retention and training, providing employee benefits and more.

JUST Capital is an independent nonprofit. For the annual rankings, JUST Capital collects and analyzes corporate data to evaluate the 1,000 largest public U.S. companies across 20 issues identified through comprehensive, ongoing public opinion research on Americans’ attitudes toward responsible corporate behavior. JUST Capital has engaged more than 172,000 participants, on a fully representative basis, since 2015.
