Bank of America Earns Seven Loyalty360 Awards, Including Three Platinum Honors

Bank of America received seven Loyalty360 Awards at the 2025 Loyalty360 Expo in Orlando, Fla., in May. These awards honor companies that are setting the standard for customer loyalty and engagement, and highlight our continued leadership in delivering meaningful, innovative experiences for our clients.

 

Among the honors, the bank received the Platinum 360-Degree Award for the fourth consecutive year, recognizing the sustained impact of its flagship loyalty program, Bank of America Preferred Rewards®.

 

Another was a Platinum Award for Employee Engagement and Impact — a first-time win — celebrating the success of Employee Financial Services (EFS), which provides employees with access to a wide range of financial education and wellness resources, exclusive financial benefits and support with pursuing their financial goals.
